Orchard once again provided the Event Management & PR for the BioWales Conference Exhibition & Biopartnering event . This is the fourth consecutive year that Orchard have been asked by the Welsh Assembly Government to provide this service.

It was a highly successful two day showcase for biosciences in Wales with just under 400 delegates attending.  The event promoted breakthroughs in new technologies, insights into the latest trends and developments and valuable connections were made.

Orchard provided the PR support & event management for the event; this included providing and managing the event’s website, booking and arranging the logistics for the exhibition and exhibitors,  sourcing the sponsors for the event and venue liaison. The speakers presenting were supported by Orchard’s technical team.  Orchard’s sister company Push4 AV provided the set, lighting and AV for the entire event, including a live feed of proceedings in the conference area through to the exhibiting space.  Orchard also stage managed the evening’s proceedings at dinner which included live entertainment.
