The term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) always sounds to us like a chore, a company box to tick, and something you really have to push your team to get involved in. At Orchard it has to be organic. We need to feel the purpose of what we get involved in - whether that’s our annual designated charity, our Cardiff Commitment to schools and colleges to give the next generation an insight into the way we operate, or colleges to inspire young talent with the limitless opportunities that await them in the creative industries.
We also take our responsibility to the environment very seriously, and are working hard to be free from single-use plastic in a matter of months, through the ingenuity of our ideas and the commitment of our teams.
