Urdd & Eisteddfod Stands bespoke exhibition design.

The brief

We were commissioned to create a new concept for a stand design, that stood out from a crowd and targeted the young adult demographic. In addition to the design element, we were also responsible for the build, logistics and provided all audio visual content.

Key objective

To provide an effective and engaging platform for Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol to engage with prospective students; parents; teachers, and key stakeholders

Solution

We created a contemporary coffee shop feel to the stand which included internal and external artwork, bespoke made furniture, a stage, a presentation area with large format screen (at the Eisteddfod only), a 'cornel pincio' – which allowed competitors to get themselves ready for the stage, a reception counter and storage.
We used unique ways for people to engage with the stand such as a black board comment wall, games and a craft wall.
We provided an on-stand technician for the duration of the event

The stand received fantastic feedback from the client, organisers and also the general public.
